Dear Linda,

January 2011, House sale 

Linda is a genius! I can say withot reservation that Linda was the difference between selling my house and not. With a huge amount of inventory in similar houses in the area and a very depressed market this was no mean feat. If actions speak louder than words the result should speak for itself.

Linda is very easy to deal with. She has a great deal of experience and local knowledge. She watches the local markets like a hawk and will keep you apprised of the situation at all times. If it is too much information you can always ask her to dial back but personally I found it fascinating and informative. Certainly she will never keep you in the dark.

I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for her to call / text me back either.

Linda's style is to tell it how it is and be direct but pleasant. I found this to be exremely refreshing in a world of marketing double talk. You always know where you are with her.

So overall an excellent experience. I cannot recommend Linda strongly enough.

Thanks so much for getting this deal through so fast on Sheldon. I was very happy to be getting that much out of it, especially on top of having the taxes paid! You are just great---thanks, thanks, thanks.

I'll definitely get in touch with you when we get further on our beach house plans... We're still looking at the Surfside area rather than Galveston.  Not ready to jump in yet though : )

  Hi Linda,
Thank you for your help through this whole process, I am not sure we would have survived the entire process without a nervous breakdown otherwise. Thanks also for the gift certificate, we will purchase something that will make us think of you when we see it!  We're both very excited about our first place and feel so very blessed. I love the house and am not even thinking of resale or wherever the winds will eventually carry us!
